Relationship Counselling & Support

For people with Autism and/or ADHD, there are particular challenges that make building and maintaining relationships especially difficult, romantic or otherwise, and we’re here to help support you with it.

Navigating a relationship when one or both of you have disabilities is a tough gig, and it’s common in our community for many relationships and marriages to end or burnout from the stress and strain of being a carer, and partner/spouse.

It’s tough to talk about the complexities of our disabilities, and how it changes and alters how we communicate, our boundaries, and how we give and receive love and care from each other - and that’s why we think it’s critically important that we have a space to safely navigate our needs, desires, hurts and frustrations.

Supporting your relationships to be healthy, vibrant, and fulfilling is something we’re committed to supporting our community to access to ensure long-term, positive health and well-being.

Supporting your relationships is protecting and preserving your bonds, self-care, and preventative mental health care for you and your loved ones.
