How to Lodge a Complaint, or Provide Feedback

What Happens After I Submit the Form?

We take complaints and feedback seriously.

Once we’ve received your form, our Director will look into the matter and be in touch with you within 7-10 business days.

Your Rights as an NDIS Participant

If you are a participant in the National Disability and Insurance Scheme, there are mechanisms in place to protect you. This includes making a complaint directly to the NDIA Quality and Safeguards Commission. You can read more about your rights and responsibilities here.
